## Description

A project of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, Management Information 
Systems (Fox MIS) community initiative. For more information see http://community.

## Installation

 Navigate to /Community Gradebook/files/ldap.php Contact your Ldap Administrator
and enter the following information. $ldaphost = ” ; //Enter your ldap host info
$ldapport = ” ; //Enter you ldap port number $basedn = ” ; //Enter LDAP Search base
Save and proceed to activation. Note: By default LDAP bind is set to use the anonymous
bind.

Enable https Talk to your server administrator and make sure SSL is enabled on you
server. If SSL is enabled the all you have to do is once the plugin is activated.

Go to the page you want to secure and Enter the short code [secure]. Make sure the
short codes are all on separate lines. Note: The [secure] short code can be used
to secure any page, not just the gradebook page. It is independent of the gradebook
functions and provides users who don’t have access to the .HTACCESS file a means
to secure their pages using just a short code.

Activation Upload /Community Gradebook/” into your /Plugins/” folder. Navigate to
the site plugin management page and activate Community Gradebook Plugin can be activated
on an individual site (Activate) as well as on the Network (Network Activate). Note:
Alternatively you can also upload the Zip file directly using the Plugin install
page and then activate. If you had to unzip to enable LDAP and https, you can zip
the file again and then upload.
