Description
WordPress 4.9.8 has introduced a new ‘Try Gutenberg’ message on the Dashboard to encourage the installation and testing of the WordPress’ Editor’s new functionality, you can learn more about Gutenberg here.
While this is a great call to action on WordPress end, some users might prefer to not have this message floating around their Dashboards, hence the creation of this simple little plugin.
WordPress 4.9.8 will contain the “Try Gutenberg” callout, encouraging site owners to install the Gutenberg plugin, to test how their existing content and plugins works with the block editor. It also presents the option of installing the Classic Editor plugin, should they feel that they need more time to prepare for switching over to the block editor. More information
